Throughout our careers in publishing & tech across the US, UK & India – one fact was inescapable – the glaring gender diversity gap in leadership positions across companies. True, there were some standout successes – but nearly not enough. 

Given that women form 70 to 80% of spending power globally, very few women actually exist in positions of power and influence. We wanted to disrupt the power base and that’s how Talking Cranes was formed. 

Now, when we look back at our career development, we wish we knew then what we know now.  The one thing we’d do differently? Take deliberate strategic steps to shape our careers.

Why Women Specific Programs?
